A card declines. Stripe goes quiet. Weeks later you notice the dip. Fenropay catches the failure the second it happens, emails the customer until the card is fixed, and tells you exactly why the ones who left, left.
Fenropay’s real default email, not a mock-up — every word yours to edit.
Widely-cited industry estimate (ProfitWell/Paddle research). Shown as a range because that is how it is reported — the band fades where the estimate does.
Stripe’s own retries, Smart Retries and card updaters recovered $6.5B in 2024 alone (Stripe, 2024) — and that is before anyone sends a single human email. Fenropay adds the part that still needs a name and a face.
Stripe doesn’t call you when a card fails. You spot it in next month’s numbers — by which point the customer has moved on and the card is long stale.
The tools that fix this often cost $100–300 a month and want you on a sales call first. Fenropay doesn’t.
One click, read-only. We never move your money, never touch your integration, and you can revoke us from your Stripe dashboard any time.
The moment a payment fails, your customer gets a plain-English email with a one-tap link to fix the card. Stripe keeps its own retry schedule — we make sure a human actually knows.
One question on your cancel page, and the reason lands in your dashboard grouped by theme, so churn stops being a mystery number.
Recover the failed payment. Find out why the ones who left, left. Win back the ones worth saving. Each surface below is its own screen in the app.
The second a card fails, your customer gets a plain-English email with a one-tap link to fix it — then a reminder, on a cadence you control. The decline code, every email, and what came back all land on the record.
Failed payments scale with revenue, which is exactly why this gets more expensive to ignore. Find your MRR and look at the number.
A planning tool, not a promise — the two rates above are conservative assumptions we chose for this calculator, not numbers measured on your account or drawn from a published study. Adjust them in your head however you like. Fenropay bills on tracked MRR, so the plan shown is the one you’d actually land on.
Every plan has every feature. You pay for the size of the revenue we watch, not to unlock things. Free under $500 MRR — permanently, not as a trial.
Everything works. No card, no trial clock, no feature gates.

No. You connect Stripe with read-only access and change nothing in your code. Fenropay listens to events Stripe already emits — your checkout, your prices, your subscriptions all stay exactly as they are. You can revoke access from your own Stripe dashboard whenever you want.
No, and it matters to be straight about that. Stripe owns the retry schedule and keeps running it. What Stripe doesn't do is tell the human whose card failed, in language they'll act on, with a link that fixes it in one tap. That's the part Fenropay does — and it's the part that actually recovers the money.
Three hard limits, all enforced in our code rather than trusted to the model. It cannot run at all until you explicitly authorise it. It can never offer below the floor price you set, and it can never improve on its own previous offer. And you can require your personal approval on every deal before anything is applied. If the model returns something outside those bounds, the code clamps it.
The monthly recurring revenue on the Stripe account you connect — that's the number your plan is based on. If you cross a tier, nothing stops: we email you to upgrade and your recovery keeps running the whole time. We never pause the thing you're paying us to do.
You disconnect Stripe inside the app and we stop receiving events immediately. Your history stays exportable as CSV until you delete the account, at which point it's gone. We never sell data and there's nothing to claw back.
Connect Stripe and the next failed payment gets handled without you. Free under $500 MRR.
